About

The first time I slid his stall door open, he came at me with his ears pinned and mouth wide open, then backed into the corner, head sky-high and shaking. Being loved and trusted by a horse that has inspired sheer fear in nearly everyone around him is a roller coaster, to say the least—and I have the scars to prove it. I’ve carried this desire to understand, advocate for, and make space for those often overlooked into everything I’ve done since, and I learned that good intentions mean little if they aren’t supported by systems capable of carrying them forward.

I’m drawn to the work behind the work: the programs, partnerships, and infrastructure that help turn intention into meaningful action and make it easier for people to access the support and resources they deserve. I genuinely enjoy complexity and ambiguity. Much of my work has involved building systems, programs, and processes from scratch—or improving them once they’re in motion—relying on research, data, and curiosity to guide the process. I’ve always loved the puzzle: uncovering insights, understanding patterns, and building something better. Someone has to figure it out, and I’ve never minded being that person.

What grounds it all is people. My professional path has crossed research, media operations, clinical data, and community programming, but the motivation remains the same: ensuring that systems serve the human beings at the center of them. Today, I use this operations framework as an independent strategist to partner with founders and small businesses that I truly care about and believe in. I bridge the operational gap for growing teams, setting up the sustainable strategies and clear pipelines they need to scale safely, without getting lost in the chaos.

My boy is 21 now and still demanding his daily allotment of attention, cuddles, and snacks. At this point, most of my free time and disposable income can be traced back to a horse somehow. The neighbors’ horses even knock on my window for attention, though I’m choosing to take that as a personality endorsement. I also share my days with two rescue dogs and a tendency to learn new things, pick up new hobbies, and fix whatever hasn’t been fixed yet.
