An annual community celebration featuring trick-or-treating from 3-5 PM at most stores and offices along Solano Avenue, followed by a costume contest at 5 PM held at Solano-Peralta Park. The costume contest welcomes all ages and offers cash grand prizes for participants, creating an exciting finale to the afternoon’s festivities.
